Recently we've gotten several requests for ways to pull the audio out of a DVD video.

I've written a few quick guides outlining the process for doing so, using nothing but the Audio portion of StarWitness Editor and some DirectShow filters that are installed with your DVD playback software. The guides can be found in the Video Pro section of these forums, or by following this link directly to the post:

Once the audio has been exported to a .WAV file, it can be run through StarWitness Editor or Sound Bite for processing and enhancing.

Let us know how they work out for you!
